It needs protection ...
When open it allows us to see all the beauty and love around us
to connect to ourselves,
our loved ones
and
the natural world
It helps to direct love back to ourselves
to be able to love
and
accept ourselves
and
our bodies
to be happy
But ...
To be open it needs help
We need help
The elements they are strong
The elements they will help us
But ...
We need to give back
through our actions
through our thoughts

through our thanks
We should not just take or expect ...
as we have done for thousands of years
It is time to get serious about loving mother earth
loving ourselves

loving others
unconditionally
loving the elements
loving what they can give to us
