10am - 5pm
Meet the maker event: Saturday 2nd Oct from from 1pm till 4pm
This is the first exhibition by a diverse group of artists & makers ... calling ourselves 'Rooted.Cornwall' ...
Brought together by our love of clay, a profound interest in Cornwall's industrial heritage along with its effect on the landscape, nature and the people of Cornwall.
The work on display reveals both individual works and new collaborations, in response to the material, the China Clay industry and the unique atmosphere of the Wheal Martyn site.
This is a ceramic focused exhibition with the addition of photographs, jewellery, metal, film & other materials.
What binds us and holds us together is that we and our work are rooted in Cornwall and its materials.
